Run for the Roses

Fantastic Fillies
Life-Size sculpture FANTASTIC FILLIES, and maquettes DREAM HORSE, GREAT EXPECTATIONS, and PHOTO FINISH were auctioned off along with ponies by other artists at Sunland Park on March 29, 2003. The auction was a huge success! Fantastic Fillies was the highest selling life-size pony, and Photo Finish was the hightest selling maquette! This was a benefit for Jardin de los Ninos, a non-profit service for homeless families. To learn more, check out the Trail of Painted Ponies website.

Several of these ponies are now available as figurines. They are Fantastic Fillies, Incognito, and Nutcracker. Silver Bells, Frosty, Big Red, and Deck the Halls are also my designs. These Trail of Painted Ponies figurines have become highly desired collectibles.
